Cancellation Policy

Dirt Road Music DJ Contract THIS AGREEMENT between Dirt Road Music & you In consideration of the promises and the agreements herein contained and intending to be legally bound hereby, the Parties do agree as follows Event Location: Event Name: Event Date: 2. Dirt Road Music hereby agrees to provide DJ Services for Purchaser at the above-mentioned location. 3. The said Dirt Road Music shall consist primarily of providing musical entertainment by means of a recorded music format. 4. Dirt Road Music hereby agrees to render his professional services and will maintain control of his program at all times 5. The Parties hereby agree that the Dirt Road Music shall be provided and accepted on the above -mentioned date. 6. The Purchaser in consideration of the Dirt Road Music to be rendered by the music, and the mutual promises contained herein, hereby agrees to pay to Dirt Road Music the following consideration:A non-refundable reservation fee is required to secure the services for the engagement. This amount shall be applied toward the rental fee. The Performance Fee is stated in the event. Services requested that exceed the time frame will be charged at the rate of $125.00 per hour, payable the day of the engagement. It may not always be possible to provide additional performance time. When feasible, requests for extended playing time will be accommodated. In addition to the Performance Fee, the Purchaser shall pay mileage at a rate of $.50/km, if held further than 60km of Stettler, Alberta. (Require Location) Additional Terms and Conditions 7. This agreement guarantees that Dirt Road Music will be ready to perform at the start time of the engagement. No guarantee is made as to Dirt Road Music’s time of arrival; however, Dirt Road Music requests that they be permitted 120 minutes before the engagement and 60 minutes after the engagement for setup and takedown. Dirt Road Music also requests ramp or elevator access between the parking/service entrance and the setup area where available. If Purchaser or venue requires Dirt Road Music to complete setup more than 120 minutes before the start time, or to postpone takedown more than an hour after the end time indicated, the additional time will be charged at the rate of $50.00 per half-hour. 8. The agreement of Dirt Road Music to perform is subject to detention by accidents, mechanical failure,
